As you can see Watsonville leads by far with number of sales, followed by San Lorenzo Valley, they also have some of the lowest sale prices in the County that attract First Time Homebuyers and Investors. The Westside of Santa Cruz has a the highest average sale price and a high number of sales indicating a strong market there. Multiple offers are becoming common on well priced homes, and REO (foreclosures) have accounted for a high number of the sales in the Watsonville & San Lorenzo Valley areas, less so in Mid- Santa Cruz but there are quite a few that come up there as well.
