In May 2009, Frisco TX sold 181 homes at a total real estate value of  $53,385,950.
The average home in Frisco TX sold in May was 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms almost 3,200 square feet.
The average home sold at $92/square feet and stayed on the market 78 days on the market before it received a contract.

The lowest price home sold for $131,000 (2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,300 square foot home) and the most expensive home sold for $1.3 million dollar (6-bedroom, 6-bathroom, over 6,600 square feet).

When compared to the same time last year (April 2008), Frisco TX sold 262 homes valued at $83,593,927. Down 30% in number of transactions and down 36% in real estate value.

AVAILABLE - 309 Homes DOM = 87 days

$300,001 - $400,000:
SOLD - 37 Homes at DOM = 80; $89/sqft
AVAILABLE - 183 Homes DOM = 94 days

$400,001 - $500,000:
SOLD - 13 Homes at DOM = 116; $103/sqft
AVAILABLE - 118 Homes DOM = 85 days

$500,001 - $600,000:
SOLD - 8 Homes at DOM = 78; $118/sqft
AVAILABLE - 70 Homes DOM = 121 days

$600,001 - $700,000:
SOLD - 2 Homes at DOM = 86; $143/sqft
AVAILABLE - 46 Homes DOM = 113 days

SOLD - 0 Home
AVAILABLE - 39 Homes DOM = 116 days

$800,001 - $900,000:
SOLD - 1 Homes at DOM = 282; $169/sqft
AVAILABLE - 25 Homes DOM = 120 days

$900,001 - $1,000,000:
SOLD - 0 Homes
AVAILABLE - 21 Homes DOM = 203 days

Over $1 Million:
SOLD - 3 Homes at DOM = 104; $218/sqft
AVAILABLE - 73 Homes DOM = 160 days

 

Currently, Frisco TX has 1,062 homes for sale. In the month of May, 338 homes are pending contract for sale. It would take Frisco approximately 6 1/2 months to sell all its present inventory at its current rate (Absorption Rate = 25.5 weeks).
