People who write down their dreams are much more likely to achieve them. Is a home something you dream of? Maybe several homes in many different places? Maybe your dream is to invest and help others purchase a home with a lease option in the future.
All of us have dreams and plans but do you take the time to analyze if you're on track to MAKE IT HAPPEN? Do you get lost in the "I dunno's" instead of saying "I CAN!"
Take the time to look at your dreams. Write them down. If it's your first home, step number one is qualifying for a loan. There is no point in starting to look at houses on-line if you do not know how much you have to shop with. You cannot achieve your next dream if your house poor.
If you're looking into trading up to a larger home, find out if you need to sell your current home or can you keep it as a rental. Keeping a home is smart in these tougher times. There are many people who cannot buy right now and need rental options. Also, that rent will put you in a potentially stronger financial position in the future.
