Homeowner Completing The Homework List...B&A Photos

By
Mortgage and Lending with Liberty Bank of Arkansas

This amazing transformation is what happens when a homeowner takes their "homework" list seriously! After completing a consultation with these homeowners and giving them a homework list then returning to "tweak" what they had done this was the outcome. I was so excited to see that they took much of my recommendations seriously. They told me that they "fell in love with their home again".  They had lived with so much stuff for so long that they had no idea what it "could" look like and what buyers have been seeing.

Open house is this weekend...

Wow  Donna - isn't that the best feeling! I really only do consultations these days so it is always amazing to me when homeowners complete the "list".  Your homeowners did a great job - hope it sells quickly!

Yes Sheila it was a very good feeling to see what they had done with my recommendations and to know that they also loved it! I hope they have a quick sale, this home has been on the market 12 months and they really need to sell. I tell my clients that I can't guarantee a sell...but I can guarantee it will show better and create more interest.

Hi Donna, I love it when clients fall in love with their home again. A testament to your vision for their home. Kudos to you!

My last three staging jobs were consultations only. I have returned to the first one and they completed all the "to do list".  I moved the last few items into place and voila, a completely new home which they love again.

Wow! I love the idea of swapping the kitchen and dining room chairs. That really made sense and it cost 0 dollars. It must mean that you're doing a good job of motivating your clients, a real sign of a good stager!

This just confirms that staging can be very cost effective if a seller is motivated and capable of completing the work we recommend. Consultations do work!

Excellent job with this client, Donna!  Consultations are an invaluable investment for a motivated, handy seller.  And when they fall in love with their house all over again, you know you've done a great job!  Thanks for sharing.

Nice job Donna. Make sure that you describe each photo as a before and after. "We" can tell the difference, but the Global Buyer may not. That IS your target.

Your after photos prove that even if a seller is on a very limited budget, the price of a consultation can net them thousands and not too mention sell much quicker!
