Morning Don....It would appear that your market is moving.  Days on Market look very reasonable which would indicate sellers are pricing properly.  The agents in your area, yourself included :-) are doing a good job.

The market is going well we just need some stability in the SP/LP ratio but yes we do see some seller motivation.  This is always a good thing.
