Hey Thom....you must be on vacation - kinda, sorta....LOL  Building reports work well when you live in Atlanta, but Titusville is very small town by comparison.  Thanks for stopping by :-)

Hi Gary...the numbers are getting better, there's no doubt about it.  It's been a long 3.5 years.  The overall Titusville absorption rate is down to 15 from 27.  Now that's good news.  Thanks for your interest in my area.

Hi Sandy...yes it is great.  And the inventory hasn't been this low in about 3 years.  We're not exactly at the supply and demand stage, but cycles are historically predictable.
