In the past year and half the real estate market as we knew it was turned upside down.  In many parts of the country Sellers no longer had the luxury of placing their home on the market and having it almost instantaneously sell.

  4. Pick an Internet savvy Real Estate Professional such as an e-PRO® Internet Professional.  Technology skills and a strong internet presence is imperative for success in this market.  Sellers will benefit by having their home advertised where buyers are.
  5. Does your REALTOR® blog?  Blogging is an amazing way to spread the word about your listing and further attract Buyers to your property.
  6.
