What do you cover in an REO Boot Camp?

I have trying to buy rehabs in south Minneapolis but as an investor I can't get financed. Can your boot camps help me find Hard Money in Minneapolis?

Your boot camp sounds interesting. However, I have attended a few work shops here in Minneapolis and St Paul that sound great and it ends up being some multilevel get rich scam. Will you be selling a product or system at this boot camp or will I actually learn and acquire the tools to go out and buy bank owned foreclosure properties to rehab and rent or sell? (Rehab loans, meet experienced agents, network with other successful rehab people, etc.)

At the Twin CIties, MN REO Boot Camp we will have three people presenting and additional people there to answer your questions:

Real Estate - Richard Webb of the ReMax Results team will be discussing "Why work with an asset reo agent" and how the market has changed in the last few months.

Rehab Loans - Dax Dickson will be discussing the various rehab loans and term mortgage finance solutions for investors

Construction - One of our experienced Rehab contractors will be present to discuss the do's and don'ts of rehab construction and the things you should do differently if you intend to rent or sell
