I personally wish to thank you for this. Short Sales are going to be around for many years to come. The more folks are willing to learn the better they'll be able to serve their communities. Sometimes it's not all about the money, it's more about those we serve.

And I agree with you. It's about doing your work to help home buyers and sellers. It creates value around the sales person and ultimately a better business position.

Well this just popped up in my email. The first thing I'd like to do is laugh at Luke. That was really funny.
Now Luke, I wouldn't hurt you with the whip, it's velvet. And I certainly wouldn't take your liquor. I would however demand you share it with me :)
