Something new with FHA!

This morning I met not one, but two FHA appraisers at my listing. FHA appraisers are tough enough sometimes, never mind two of them at the same property at the same time! It was a scary thing when they both showed up. Be aware if it's a high balance loan, they will send two of them.

They went through the property with a fine tooth comb and it all worked out well...thank goodness!! Good news for a change!

It's a good life and a great business to be in!

Nice that it passed! I think that they feel as overwhelmed as we do! We have had appraisers coming from 50 miles away lately!

Appraisers are definitely traveling...one of these appraisers were from the Springfield area! I'm so happy they were reasonable and let me help them along in the process...
