Hi Lenn, Sunshine and moderate weather I think costs too much. I love what you have to offer in the way of homes vrs $$. Things have dropped here a lot but when you compare what they are getting to what we have the only conclusion one could draw is  the price of year around sunshine sure does cost a lot.

Terry.  Indeed.  I believe that I have found the jewel of the present market.  I just wish my buyers were ready.  They have a home to sell.  Eeeeekkkkk.  And just 4 lots left.

William.  There must be more to it than that.  Florida has year round sunshine too and their prices went into the sub-basement.

What program do you use to create your awsome maps?  I was also looking to see how you copyright your material, but I don't see it in your blogs.  I am getting ready to post a personal blog, and I don't want to see the pictures or content anywhere on the internet.  So how do you copyright material?

Tere.  Just go to the copyright web site.  The forms are all there.  It's easy.  You can register on the site for $35 or by mail for $45
