For those Realtors throughout the USA that use Forms On-Line Gold be aware that the parent company Instanet intends to sunset FOG on December 1, 2006. Although, there has been some speculation that they may extend this date the big dogs at Instanet have advised that it is going to be sunset on December 1.  They are attempting to convert all users over to Transaction Desk by that point in time – like it or not. Actually, we’ve been using Transaction Desk for several months now and found it to be far superior to FOG. In fact, Instanet accurately refers to TD as FOG on steroids. FOG is currently an integral part of TD.

I've been meaning to call our board & get on the list for the next Transaction Desk training class. I'm excited about it. I've gone on it a few times & looked around. Can't wait!

Sheri, I might suggest that you order the TD CD from the FAR store. It's only $5.00 and it works great.  It's a video presentation of its' operation. It would help you out prior to and after the class.

Updated new - Instanet has advised that they are still going to sunset FOG - just not on December 1.  Sometime thereafter so they warn that people need to convert to TD ASAP.
