4 Comments on Attention Agents: For Short Sales, Avoid This Bank
I had the same scenario with Countrywide..........until Bank of America took over and now everything is humming right along. Just cross your fingers that someone else takes over Indymac!
Just got word - after 80 days - that Indy assigned a negotiator.
Having some trouble with the attorney handling the deal - not thrilled with their follow up - and my client is kind of p/o'd with their lack of returning phone calls. he has begun to call bank every day.
At least there's a negotiator on it.
And I have had not much luck with Countrywide/Bank of America. They do not know what they are doing either!
I have heard horror stories about Countrywide.
