Farewell Activerain....I am going to miss you.....

I always knew I was addicted to Activerain but today was my reality check! My schedule....YICKS..How did this happen?... Major Time Management Overload...Farewell Activerain.....I am going to miss you!

I have one month to pass a test, nothing like waiting for the last minute! My Real Estate Instructor's License Test, a license and there is no class for it! hmmmmmmm....now that is an idea!

My parents are selling their house in South Florida, I will be traveling back and forth to prepare them. Good Luck Neal, I am rooting for you....yes, he is interviewing for that position! Can you believe 9 of us lived there?

Let's not forget the Technology Fair, this Friday at the Plaza Resort! Busy....Busy....last minute details! It's really coming together!

The Activerain Celebration in Orlando! I'm there!

Well, I have to be honest, not sure if I can beat the addiction completely...ok..the tears are rolling down my face...I don't think I can do it!..my hands are shaking...I'll improvise.....maybe it will Ok.......maybe I'll just comment!...BUT Only for a little while!......... Careful it can happen to you!

I feel your PAIN. I have been so busy and have volunteered for so many things --- that I am having to curb my addiction. It is going okay -- withdrawals are difficult to deal with -- but I know that AR will still be here once I get some free time again! Good luck.

Midori..... wasn't April fools like almost 2 months ago? lol In any case, if you leave for good, good luck. But from the sound of it, you will be back... just taking a break can be a big help. I have been there at least 3 times since I joined on October 1st.....

WOW, I knew I wasn't alone! I am not leaving the rain, I have to fix the mess I made for myself in June. Poor planning and lack of balance! The addiction is out of control...heheh.....but you'll see me around the rain rather than posting I'll be commenting.....

The DT's only last a month. Then other addictions take their place. It's hard, but time management in the summer doesn't always mix with the Rain. We want to play and enjoy the good weather, have guests, travel, and in our spare time sell real estate! Novel idea, selling real estate. Take it slowly. Read a bunch of really bad blogs and it's easier. Get caught in the midst of a big fight and it's even easier to kick the habit! You'll be back. Don't worry.

And so I'm "blue" with berries!? Blue about you leaving?

I used to think it was an addiction. I am convinced I can stop anytime I want. I just don't want to. LOL

Midori, you scared the crap outta me! And look at the language I'm now using. Don't do that to me!

OK, now that I know you're not leaving, let me share this with you. I understand. Back in March I was cramming for my Broker's exam and had to ...ummm... curtail my activity in the Rain. There was no way for me to stop. I kept posting even then. Maybe your resolve is better than mine. I just could not do it. If it helps any, I did pass the test. I know you can do it. Go Midori. Go Midori. Go Midori.

A month from now you'll have that license!

Neal will have your folks house listed.

And we'll have met our AR buddies in person

All this will be a memory and our AR addiction will be right where it belongs :)

Midori if I may hijack for a minute...

Guys...she is not going any where..we discussed this last night and I suggested she takes a short sabbatical from everything not just A/R..she is very busy with lots of stuff and this is so she can get through the test and the other things..I think it is a good idea that we do the cleansing thing once in a while. A/R will be here waiting and I will not let Midori leave ..she can't...then who will be my friend? I am sure Lysa will be watching over her..Lysa I hope you do not mind me saying that. Believe me I know...the hardest part is focusing on education ..I still have to finish my last model for my CRS and might need to take a day or two away as well..so there is nothing wrong with it and she will only temporarily be missed.

I will be sure to see Midori in between all this..but by the time the Orlando thing happens shell be in a better frame of mind.

Jeff-No joke here! I have so much going on in the month of June, I just hope I can do everything well! I have gained so much from this network so it will be very hard but I need to focus on commenting rather than posting for now! It takes me very long to post! I hope you bring a laptop with WiFi access.....or you might want to find the local public libraray...they give you up to ONE HOUR of FREE internet access on a public computer.....

Maggie-Thank you for your input! You know getting my broker's was not an easy feat either! But I did it and am glad I never gave up! This is the way I feel about my instructor's license. BUT I did not make it a priority until now. So when I see you in South Florida I will be a licensed Real Estate Instructor and all of this will be a thing of the past. I am going to miss posting but I figured I could do my comments and maybe sneak a post in here and there. With all the events going on, I will have lots and lots to write about in July! I've been off for nearly a month...torture for sure!! But I survived! Lurk about and post when you can.

What is this test all about? I just did my instructor recert for Rebac so I can teach ABR and am in the process of doing SRES. That and the REALTOR conference is part of the reason for my long absence.

I share you ddition too Midori and I know your absence will be felt! You've gotta do what you gotta do though...and you will do it with a breeze :-)

Monika- Boy, I have missed you around the rain...I understand! I am trying to get licensed in the state of florida to teach real estate licensure. I have really struggled because there is no class for it! I have been using a few different books. This is the one time I need extra focus........ Thank you for stopping by.....I know I will have lots of posts when all is said and done!

Also Monika, if there are any tips or suggestions please I would really appreciate them! I really value your opinion and my goals are probably similiar to yours. Iam newer at this so any advice I would listen. Thanks Monika........
