Looks like open houses are a big deal in your area. Do you do anything special that makes them work, or do folks in your area just enjoy coming out to look? Some Realtora in our area say they don't work, but some still do them.
Open houses are a big thing in our area. Last week-end our Board Of Realtors had a city wide open house and we had over a 100 open houses which is huge for our little city. Three weeks ago I had a sunset open house on a $649,900 home and it sold at the open house. Closes in August Yea!
