Making Home Affordable dot Gov-Helping Distressed Homeowners with their options

There is a new website from the government that provides a series of options for distressed property owners who have fallen behind on their payments. They offer a series of questions to let home owners whether they can do a loan modification with their mortgage holder, or be able to refinance.
