Your Sweet Tooth Can Perform An Alignment Check

CandyDid you know that

Your Sweet Tooth Can Perform An Alignment Check?

No, not getting those vehicle tires pointed all in the straight direction together, but finding out what you love and what means the most to you in your life.

Are you a short sales specialist? Do you like to decorate only vacant homes? Are you the office FHA specialist? Do you like golf on Saturdays? Will everyone find you in church on Sunday mornings?

Evidence is all around you, like all these candies, what your desires, your sweet tooth is tasting. What actually is in your life? Things, people, events, positives, negatives?

For alignment you need to check your candies and see if those are the sweets YOU WANT or are you misaligned with too many pecan nougats and you hate pecans.

Where our heart is, where our time is, where our money is placed, all yields the evidence of what we REALLY VALUE in our life. If there is a "disconnect" between what you value and what candy is on your table, maybe you need to be visiting a new candy store. Afterall it is YOUR tastebuds out there reeling in this candy you have. When what you are wanting to taste, and what you are tasting are in "alignment" life is truly sweet.

Now I understand why I love chocolate and love new adventures.

Just trying to align my life and dont we have to do it daily, monthly and on.

There is always new candies being made so our life should be ewasy to align when we have so many options.

Fairy dust must be whirling around me...Several days a week I seem to steal time away in the wee hours of the morning to play with the sweet ideas...making handfelted food for my grandson's play kitchen (I'm so addicted!), learning flower arranging online, reading recipes, writing essays that never get finished (but I wake up with the ideas spinning in my head, so try to get started)...It's always a sweet start for my day and fires up my imagination for the tasks ahead and gives me a ready sweet stop to fall on should I topple during the day. This is a really sweet post! I love it! ;-)

Very clever blog and good eye candy!  I know there is a cookie monster but if there were a candy monster he would go wild for those chocolates!

Hi Gary, Being very honest with you I am not sure of the answer today in this industry. No complaints but I am not so sure I am loving this as much as I used to. In the first place I have always worked hard but what I have been through the last 9 months, I would never have guessed. So I may in fact be misaligned.

GAry - Ssometimes I want to experiment and sample a different niche, is that the same as putting my finger throug the center of that piece of chocolate to determine if it's cream filled or a hard  and gooey nugget?

Gary,

What a great analogy!  We must all analyze our lives and see what works for us.  We should get rid of the "bad" and keep the "good".

I guess if life is a box of chocolates, it's important you pick the ones you you like the best.

Wow, another profound analogy!  I think we all have a voice that tells us what to gravitate towards, The key is figuring out how to listen to it.

Ps I want my box full of toffee!

I have been working with a lot of first time buyers, and to me that is the greatest pleasure seeing them through the process.

Don't get me wrong, selling my listings makes me happy too.
