Rachmanism Inspired Curmudgeons

After dealing with one rachmanism after another rachmanism, reading one exaggerated article after exaggerated article even occasionally rational real estate agents can lose sight of realty! Losing sight of sanity and fiduciary, normally pleasant professional people turn in to nothing more than licensed curmudgeons!

We've seen such insanity between agents and lenders involving entitlism, it is now invovling spreading to rental agents regarding landlord financial privacy.

I guess I missed it on Activve Rain, but I did not spend much time surfing blog posts last couple of days.

Never seen this word before, but now know what it is.

I think more and more as times get tough we will see this. Agents and landlords alike are taking advantage of people and hopefully sooner than later we will see these people out of the business.

By the way two things... I tried to follow you on Twitter and your button doens't seem to be working and your book is amazing... LONG, but amazing. (I'm now about 1/3 of the way through)

I think, hope and pray you're wrong!

As times get worse the press is more inclined to publish and exploit such things. I think that these mountebankcos have always been with us, we're just hearing more about them. The press doesn't care what they print if someone says what they want to hear! Did you ever hear anyone say "I stopped making the payments and the bank foreclosed after six months!" No they say "I was taken advantage of by the mean old bank!"

It's just possible we're both right.

It's a sad state of affairs!

I had but it was long forgotten! English has so many great words that have passed into obscurity. It's sad.
