I have had a tough Real Estate deal going for about 4 months now.  Not a foreclosure and not a short sale.  A sale of land that is in trust for a man that is mentally incapacitated.  I am working with a great Lawyer...YES, "I" SAID GREAT.  Many of yo have heard my distaste for this profession in general, but every now and again there is one that is good.

He sent me this via E-Mail today...He isn't that fond of atty's. either.

2 small boys not old enough to be in school we heard talking...My name is Billy and my daddy is an accountant.

The 2nd says, "My name is Tommy and my dad's an atty."

"Honest" said Billy

"NO" said Tommy..just the regular kind!
