It really shouldn't be all that much of a surprise given the number of businesses that have closed within the past 2 years most of whom were suppliers to the automotive or aerospace industry. We also were the home of Mortgage Lenders network and the millions in bad loans that they wrote.

Liz - It's hard for me to believe too but we knew it would hit the Northeast sooner or later.  Watching the market conditions trending towards more foreclosures and short sales, it only made sense to get the education and training I needed to work with these listings.

Ed - It's really sad to see the number of businesses that have closed up or left the state and the lenders that played such a huge role in what we're dealing with now because of all the bad loans.  Nice to know you're in the Waterbury area.  I often get inquiries from people looking to purchase up that way.  Now I'll know who to refer them to. :)
