Good news, sales are still trending upwards.  There were 19 more sales in May than in April.

  • Offers at the beginning of the month were 150 this was a 11.1% increase over last year same time, and 12 more than in April.
  • The number of months it will take to get rid of the inventory has improved drastically.
  • If you have been sitting on the fence, take note that rate has risen but still a good deal, and if you are a First Time Buyer the clock is ticking, just a few months left for you to close on that home and benefit from the $8000 tax credit.

Jennifer, I think it's all about the roses being in bloom!  They've got to be my favorite plant - next to my little basil bush!

Eric - Thank you.  AR is a great place for learning.

Kateijo - Thank you, I will be over to check out your blog.

Bill - I think First Time buyers are having an impact on many markets and not a surprise. it has been years since buying a house has been so affordable.

Pat - They are two of my favorite plants.  Good thing I too photos because that's all I have left, some mean spirited animal has attacked my plants,,:)

Laurie one of the setback on an improved market is the lack of funding.  Improvement in that area will be a good thing.
