St. Ives Community Yard Sale

St. Ives, located in beautiful Wake Forest, NC, will host a Community Yard Sale on June 13 from 7am - Noon!

NO EARLY BIRDS PLEASE!

Come browse the items for sale - you never know - you might just find that next treasure that you have been looking for!

To get to St. Ives follow Hwy 1 (Capital Blvd) North to Wake Forest, exit on Hwy 98 West. Turn right onto Wake Union Church Road and go appx .6 miles to left on Kearney Road. Subdivision entrance is appx .3 miles on the right.

In addition to the Communty Yard Sale take some time to drive around and explore St. Ives. It is an incredibly beautiful community with European inspired architecture! St. Ives also boasts a clubhouse, community pool, community tennis courts, an English Rose Garden and a neighborhood center for meetings, etc.

There are some simply exquisute homes available in St. Ives! If you plan on attending the Community Yard Sale and would like to preview some homes just give me a call! Leesa - love those community yard sales. I used to go all the time. Not too many of them around here though.

Early Birds before 7 AM Dam you get up early down there Leesa. I love these big yard sale events.

Leesa, we just had one of these in my neighborhood, and I had to leave the area! I'm prone to buy more than I sell. That is not a good thing!

I'm looking for a copy of John Lee Hooker's Concert at Newport CD!!!

Fun post. Nothing like a good yard sale. Perhaps with some luck one will find something exciting which will end up on the Antiques Road Show!

Mike - This particular one is in a great upscale neighborhood - should be some wonderful finds!

Paddy - I thought that was funny too! Now, I love yard sales but don't ever expect me to be there before 7am!

Pat - ME TOO! I have participated in a community one and bought all of my neighbors stuff!

Craig - I'll see what I can find. If I can't find that how about a campy Ray Stevens 45?

Tony - Oh, come on, you know you like yard sales! No, did you have the same pic? I didn't even notice! Briliiant minds, my friend!

Terry - Why can't I be one of THOSE people that pays $1 for a piece of paper only to find it is worth thousands because it was actually the forethought and side notes to the Constitution???????

lloyd - One can only hope - I just know that I am never that lucky!
