Jason - I have seen something similar around the internet for years... but let's just call this "Alan's Personal Philosophy".

Alan, wouldn't the Cognac act as a preservative? And I know for sure those dark chocolates have antioxidants in them, so in your food groups you doing great. Woo-Hoo!

I love this mentality but I already have too mary skid marks on me!

Cynthia - cognac as preservative and dark chocolates for anitoxidants are the only concessions toward "healthy diet" that I'm willing to make. Thanks for pointing that out.

Richard - I'm not sure I'm comfortable with the imagery of "you" and "skid marks".... now I have to go home and poke-out my mind's eye.

Not a bad philosophy my friend. I can go with the dark chocolate, but I might have to carry a Guinness in the other hand, but hey, to each his own right.
