Murphy was a very smart man!  Lately I have received several calls from Active Rainers inquiring about property here in Myrtle Beach.  The problem that I have is that I am no longer selling as a general brokerage agent.  My new position is in new homes sales with Dock Street Communities in the Market Common.  If only I had received all these calls while I was in general brokerage, I may not have looked elsewhere to continure my real estate career.
