From the last report we see:
- The low asking price in prestigious Lake Nona is an
UNBELIEVEABLE $120,000 for a 1600 square foot
townhouse. This home has not been on the market
for too long, compared to most other homes in central
Florida.... IT WILL NOT LAST LONG!! - The high asking price is STILL the same estate that was
being marketed in the last Lake Nona market report.
The asking price has not come down and is holding
steady at $7,495,000...this home has a LOT of wonderful
features, if you are in the market for a high end estate
home. - There are 90 homes for sale in Lake Nona.... with 18 of

Nona is 21 months....... being that these are mostly
high end properties, this number makes a lot of sense.
