From the last report we see:

• The low asking price in prestigious Lake Nona is an
  UNBELIEVEABLE $120,000 for a 1600 square foot
  townhouse. This home has not been on the market
  for too long, compared to most other homes in central
  Florida.... IT WILL NOT LAST LONG!!
• The high asking price is STILL the same estate that was
  being marketed in the last Lake Nona market report.
  The asking price has not come down and is holding
  steady at $7,495,000...this home has a LOT of wonderful
  features, if you are in the market for a high end estate
  home.
• There are 90 homes for sale in Lake Nona.... with 18 of
  these wonderful homes in "Special Circumstances":
  Owner will assist with closing costs and/or financing
  Bank Owned
  Corporate Owned
  In Foreclosure
  In Pre-forclosure
  Sold As-Is
  Sold as a Short Sale
  Has an Assumable Mortgage
  Is a Fixer-Upper
• The average time on the market for properties in Lake
  Nona is 21 months....... being that these are mostly
  high end properties, this number makes a lot of sense.
  
  

Extensive care has been taken to include walking trails all through out the community. Nature is NOT something to be pushed aside in Lake Nona, but something to be celebrated! 

Over 40 percent of Lake Nona is open space...which leaves You free to bike, ride horses, rollerblade, hike, jog, run or just observe nature in its unhurried setting.
