Dreams Really  Do Come True!

It was a cold early spring day when I first met a young couple from Alexandria Virginia. They had been searching for homes online on FranklyMLS and they were trolling the Prince William County VA homes in the $350,000 to $500,000 price range. They notice that I was a Active Buyer Agent who works this area and who had previewed and commented on many of the homes they liked. What is FranklyMLS? Back to the young couple from Alexandria. After our initial consultation they felt sure I was the Realtor that could help them find what they were looking for.We began our search right away since they had already been pre-approved by a local lender. We started in the lower price ranges around $350,000 to see if by chance they could find something for less. Note-Just because you are pre-approved for $500,000 does not mean you need to go that high, there are tremendous home buying opportunities throughout the Prince William County area and it would be my pleasure to help you find one..

Their DREAM HOME, the one that kept creeping into their minds would have an in-ground pool, hardwood floors throughout, a two car garage, a luxury bath and a private lot.

So,over the next few weeks we saw several homes and none were quite right. Then one day  I noticed a home had dropped $50,000 in price and now it was at the top of the budget, but it had everything the young couple was dreaming about! So,I called and took them to see the home. The home sat quietly all alone on an acreage lot just off Davis Ford Rd near Manassas Virginia, as we previewed the vacant home I could see they really liked what they saw. As they strolled the grounds with their daughter, I couldn't help but snap this photo. My clients daughter was asking "Daddy is this going to be our new home?"

Yesterday my clients settled on thier dream home and they were so thrilled. I love when that happens!
