They called me because of my yellow sign that read

Sign Tips:

Using signs as part of your creative real estate marketing is essential. Post your signs in the usual places: busy intersections and on the lawns of houses you just bought, home depot, malls, and any other places that are busy.

Always use the same type of sign and always, always have the same message laid out in the same manner. Again, consistency is the key to make these signs work.That way, people come to recognize your business with merely a glance.

Make it short and easy to remember.

I wish we were able to use signs like that around here.  Sadly, we need to include our Brokerage name with 'independently owned and operated', full contact details fro the brokerage PLUS my name and my required title "Sales Representative"!!!  And, if we're talking about getting new listings, we are required to include "Not intended to solicit properties already under contract"!!!!

It has just gotten out of hand IMHO

Those little yellow signs work and getting leads allows you to find buyers and sellers...making the news is big too.

I wished this sign would be good for my state. As soon it is listed by other then the homeowner we have to add the company name and phone number

Yes we are doing a lot of deals and helping people from the foreclosure process and saving their credit. We work with the seller and the banks to liquidate the property prior to a foreclosure sale. The banks like working with us because we are providing them with a better outcome than yet another REO. The banks are being more aggressive in the fact that they are seeing properties coming back to them at the auction sales and are willing to take what buyers are offering. If you need any help or some bank contacts let me know I have a lot of good contacts and VP #’s at the banks.

Good luck on selling these properties and hope you are moving them to help our economy.

Go ahead and put your info on the signs we do that on the ones we have listed. We just had a realtor client of ours just cash a 3% and the investor check on one deal.
