I just visited this property this past weekend, and the pictures don't do it justice!!

This property is in a secured, gated community, with community pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking/bike paths, and a BBQ area. The beach, Playa Bejuco, is literally a 3.5 minute walk. When I was there on a Saturday, I would be hard pressed to find 12 people on the beach as far as I could see - and that's NOT because it's a crummy beach. In fact, Playa Bejuco won the blue ribbon for clean beaches in Costa Rica. The houses in the project are also amazing, with gorgeous furnishings, linens, and kitchenware - all included in the price.

For buyers who want to live in paradise, but have the American comforts and feeling of safety that they are used to in North America, THIS would be the place to look at.
