"Thank you Activerain"

When I first joined Activerain 18 months ago I didn't know anything about posting blogs or what (Activerain) was! It took at least 6 months to start getting the hang of the network and posting blogs.

For any (Newbies) that may be reading this post, you are in for the time of yor life at the Activerain network.

Sure Activerain has changed some but form the most part it is very similar to what it was like when I joined.

If your looking for answers to any Real Estate questions, just try asking and you will be amazed at the comments that will come back.

The Activerain Network is one (Huge) bank of information!

I have asked questions at other networks like Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, myspace, etc. and I have never, never had the success from posts and questions thrown out within a network like I have at Activerain!

Here are just a few posts that have been very rewarding for me like meeting with my son I hadn't seen in 14 years (below) ............

I just posted a blog last night searching for someone that can type very fast to help me finish my book. The first comment came from a (Newbie) that is local and I will be meeting with this person next week, (below ) is the post!

Who would like to help (Children) that are exposed to a sickness?

And of all things, I threw a post out several months ago because I was having relationship problems and just posting a blog helped me over come some obstacles, (below) is the post!

I have been thinking of breaking these chains and flying solo!

These are just personal blogs I have posted, I can't even begin to think about posting a blog about business and the connections I have found through Activerain. The blog would be to long and would take such a long time to put together.

All I can say is I have been contacted from State all over America, Canada and overseas from people that found me on Activerain.

I have also made friendships with many, many members from Activerain and continue to make friends.

There are so many rewards I have received from being a member of Activerain and I really want to that the community, members, newbies and public readers.

This is great robert. I just started and I feel the same way. I really like your blog. How did you get the FAcebook, twitter, and linkedin logos on the side of your blog?

Vanna - One of my web designers did it for (Free), so I let her pick one of my photographs from one of my web sites and blew it up and mailed it to her. She is a Activerain member, would you like you contact information?

Robert, I feel the same way about Active Rain. Even though it's a real estate forum, it is also an everything-else forum. There's something for everyone here. It has been a wonderful resource and place to grow and focus our business.

It is a fascinating site, and is sad so many either on AR or off AR don't get it. I have even blogged about other agents to motivate them to get involved. I did one last week and I told the agent to Google her name. Guess what popped up as #1 on the Google search. That got her attention.......

Robert, I guess I'm in for a treat. I've only been a member for about 4 months.

I didn't realize how antiquated my computer skills had become.
