I was shopping at AJ's Fine Foodstoday.  AJ's has an incredible range of unique food items, gourmet products and services.  Although there are 12 AJ's in Arizona, the nearest store to my home is about 15 miles away or about 30 minutes in drive time.  I take my time when I finally get to shop at AJ's since I rarely get to shop there. 

I spent some time today in the floral department smelling the fresh flowers, then proceeded to gift department where I carefully selected some wonderful smelling defusers for my listings.  I got assistance with some wine I was giving a buyer as a welcoming present.  There is so much to learn about wine.

After about an hour in the store, I walked up to the checkout station with my items.  The clerk greeted me with a smile and asked if I had found everything or if I needed additional help.  No, thank you. 

As the clerk rang up each item he looked at me and smiled.  I responded with a smile.  After repeating this gesture several times he said, "I know you, you're Leolinda".  Yes, I am.  But do I know you?  No, I live in Surprise and I've seen your ads and read about you on the internet.  You sell retirement homes in Sun City Grand.

He didn't know exactly where he found me on the internet but I can only guess.  We spoke briefly about the Sun City Grand and the Surprise market as though we were old friends reacquainting a long live relationship.

I don't post a blog every day but I try to be consistent.  I'm sure the consistency has resulted in me becoming known and possibly branded.  If I could attribute my internet success, I would say that it is due to my interaction in Active Rain and with Candace Robinson and the workshops held by the Arizona Real Estate Blogging Network.   

Sun City Grand...I live here, I work here, I know this community!
