Watch the Birdie...

As I am taking time to take care of myself, both physically and mentally, I am taking time every day to walk around Radnor Lake Wildlife refuge not too far down the road from where I live. Every day I have to opportunity to see something new as the beauty of the lake and its undisturbed surroundings, present wonderful photo opportunities if you but take a few minutes to look. This morning I was able to capture these swallows all lined up in a picture perfect setting...

Nothing like an early morning stroll to get your head clear and to help you focus on the days events. Have a GREAT weekend sir.

Walks are always very relaxing and invigorating for me at the same time. Gets the blood pumping and clears the head. Looks like you have a beautiful landscape to walk through each day!
