So my new venture is up and running online, glitch free. took months to figure out the crawlers from The Search Engines was conflicting with some Java-script, causing the site to crash, and crash often. But it has been smooth sailing now for a few months. our Beta Testers/Load Testers showed it was stable, But after a year + in development, tweaking all along the way, it has been hard to stay up beat because of negative feedback from people Not in the Know. All the negative sentiment of trying to launch a business in a faltering economy, eventually it starts getting to you. Even though, I know, that while my service will not replace every website a Realtor uses, but it should be able to replace one or more, thus saving money.
On Top of that, if you pay for something that does not make you money, it is an EXPENSE
but if you pay for something that makes you money, than that is an INVESTMENT.
And if this investment Saves them money compared to their existing costs, than it is a smart INVESTMENT
Than throw in the fact that some of my clients have decided to charge their Trusted network to have links on every listing automatically, so they end up collecting more advertising money than the cost of the site
Than in addition It is MLM. We are happy to spread the wealth, and all referral earn the referring agent a 10% monthly residual commission. So long as their referral uses the service they get a monthly check back.
After laying all this out to in my first Sales Training meeting last night, they were so excited. Because I am paying them a 20% residual commission for every sale, For the life of the Sale. Sure 20% commission is a big number, until you multiply it by only $50, but that is $10/month/client For as long as they use the service.
Sign up 100 Realtors they get $1000 month and don't have to do anything again.
Sign up 1000 Realtors and they get $10,000 a month and dont have to do anything again
now I am syked again, and ready to go. Emotion is infectious, and I really needed the boost I got last night from my crew
