FLIP Video for Real Estate agents

I picked up a refurb Flip last year for 60 bucks.  It is very easy to use and works well in daylight.  Problem is you can only record 5 events at a time before you have to delete or transfer.  For web content HD should not be necessary.  If you wanted it for personal reasons to watch on large TV it might be worth the upgrade.

If you have a decent digital camera it can record video also.  You could use this for capturing video and plug it into your laptop before listing presentation when you pull up out front.  Client seeing  their house in your listing presentation might get you some more business showing you using the latest tools.  Video could also be used to help get them to give their home better curb appeal if that is needed.
