You own a house in Highlands Ranch CO and you need to sell your house?

  • time it takes for the house to sell
  • what if the house doesn't sell for the price you were hoping for
  • how to get the most for the house
  • how to choose the right agent for the job
  • what is your competition (other houses in the area for sale)
  • what is the condition of your house? Can it be improved?
  • what are the potential mistakes / pitfalls you should be aware of

There are so many things to think about when planning a sale of your house. More than mentioned above, but it's a good start.

No matter what the answers to the questions above one thing is critical - PRICE. Not just any price. Not a price you may have paid for the house two years ago. Not a price you need to get, or would like to get, but the top price a willing and able buyers is willing to pay for your house. Sometimes what you would like to get is just the right price but many times it is not.

Right Pricing and Pricing strategy are KEY to get the best sale possible for you.
