I get many hits per month on all four web sites. I dislike paying for leads from other companies. I receive phone calls each month from people trying to sell me leads. I bought leads when I first got into the business because I was brand new. I did not know any better. Then, we figure out two months down the road that these leads have been sold ten times over. They were not fresh leads. Have you experienced this in your real estate career?

I just wanted to share some of my local niches that I continue to carve out for my real estate company to generate fresh leads. Does anybody want to purchase fresh leads? Call me to discuss-Just kidding!

I haven't checked your sites, but sounds like a good idea. As far as buying leads, even thought I'm building my business and database, I do not like the concept of buying leads, I tried homegain for a while and most o fthe leads are fake.
