DO YOU KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ROI?

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with tcDocs

Do you know how many leads your marketing dollars produced?  It is a bit like throwing spaghetti at the wall, not all of it will stick!!!!

One of the ways you can keep track of what is working is a very simple spreadsheet:

Sales

Commissions

Cost of  transaction

Puzzle and handYour Virtual Assistant can set this up and keep track of the information so that you will always know the numbers and where your dollars are working.

This is just one of the forms that your online Real Estate Assistant can produce to keep your business on track.

Remember your online Real Estate Assistant is an important member of your Team!

Hi Sharon!  Thanks for sharing this!  I definately need to start keeping a good track record of my ROI.  I kinda sorta know....but it's all in my head and no use to anyone else if I were to ever sell my business.

Thanks for sharing!

Sincerely,

Kathleen

Hi Sharon,

I have been an agent for a year now and I am still learning.  It is nice to get tips from other agents that would help make my business a success.

Thanks,

Holly

keeping it simple helps you really evaluate this -- nicely done.

I would add a couple of categories -- leads generate calls,  calls generate appointments, appointments generate listings.

Many get enough leads and fall down with their conversion from appointments to listings -- they have to work on the presentation and packaging and you can probably help there too.

Thanks Scott for the comments.  Yes I can help with their presentation and packaging as getting leads can be expensive and Agents need to capitalize on the opportunity.  You only get one chance to make a good impression!

Kind Regards

Sharon

Hi Bob & Carolin,

Thank you for commenting on my post.  This simple form can save agents hundreds of dollars and by keeping track of what works will then allow them to make thousands of dollars!
