Week two of June 2009 - Residential real estate sales in the City of Worthington the past week (Monday June 8  through Sunday June 14, 2009... pretty much. )

New Residential Listings - 4 new Worthington homes for sale List price range $187,500 to $425,000

• Old Worthington home
  
• Norris Addition home (think of it as Rush Creek meets Old Worthington geographically)
• Worthinglen condo previously on the market... listed one day...and "in-contract" there is definitely a story there
• "No name subdivision" home... near Pingree Park legal description is Griswold HRS.  I've always assumed that means Griswold heirs.  

Anyone familiar with the City of Worthington knows that by "new" I mean new to the market, not new home.  Agewise the newest new listing would be in the 1970's ... the Worthinglen Condo...  no... an "in fill" house built by Don Brennan in the 1980's would be the newest home agewise this week.

New is older in Worthington and old is OLD.  The good thing is that old is good.

Price Change -7 Worthington residential listings had price changes this week.  The Worthington listings reducing their list price this week were homes in these Worthington neighborhoods:

• Clayton Place home
  
• Colonial Hills home
  
• Olentangy Hills homes X2
  
• Worthington Estates home
  
• Worthington Park home
  

Price reductions ranged from $1000 to $12000.  The new list price range after the price reductions is from $198,500 to $359,900.

Worthington Homes "in contract"  3 Worthington homes went "in contract" this week. Price range is from $104,000 to $399,900.  Typically sales would be contingent on financing and inspection.

Worthington Park home - That is something we have NOT seen much of lately.

Worthington Homes were listed as under contract (contingencies removed) -  4 residential properties in Worthington were reported as under contract this week:

List price range is $154,900 to $209,900 for the Worthington homes under contract.

Worthington Homes Sold -   2 sale prices range for Worthington homes, sale price range was $175,000 to $275,000.  List price range $179,900 to $286,000 homes in:
