Carole - Houses here in Branford are priced a little higher than what the typical first time home buyer is qualified for so condos have been a great way for them to purchase their first home.

George - I'm beginning to wonder with the weather we've been having lately if it's ever going to get that hot this summer. :)

Bill - It has a great mix of styles too.  It's not a cookie cutter complex with every tonnhouse or ranch being exactly the same.
