It's raining and I'm pondering.  This hour it's the event known as "Open House". 

I've been taking notes.  Every open house so far has had its own "personality".  One had a ghost...one had wet paint (found that the hard way)...one a staged bedroom complete with tripod and camera...(we won't go into details).  Sometimes I don't think I want to do another...then I wonder what I'm going to find at the next one. 

While I'm trying to decide, I'll just watch it rain and tweak the foundation of my new real estate career.  I might even mop the floor.  Down time can be some of the most productive.
