I am going on Vacation!! Nevada and Utah.. Any ideas?

I have worked 7 days a week for the past 10 months and I cannot wait to be on VACATION!

I don't think I have ever needed a vacation as much as I do now.

Working short sales have been one of the most gratifying jobs I have had in the real estate field but it has left me exhausted.

Dealing with the banks/lender/investors can make anyone lose their minds. Hold times of more than one hour (GMAC!!!!) and loss mitigators who have not checked voice mail messages or email boxed for weeks will not be on my mind for the next ten days.

My incredible hubby and I are flying to Las Vegas, spending a few nights and then renting a car. We will be driving all Utah and then to Reno and then back to Las Vegas...

I would love to hear about places we "must see" while driving through Nevada and Utah.

Make sure you leave your pit bull to watch the house. And get Uncle Joe to come over and feed him. Otherwise, he will eat the burglar when he breaks in. As far as places to see while in Las Vegas, how about Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. I've been there, breathless. If I can find some pictures, I'll post them. Have a great time.

Patty - While driving up from Las Vegas cut over to US 395 from Yerington on Hwy 208 and drive up through our lovely Carson Valley. Visit Genoa - the oldest town and the oldest bar - you can hop up the hill to Lake Tahoe at Stateline via Kingsbury Grade then zip around the Lake and head down Hwy 50 to Carson City and on North to Reno. If you need some further ideas, just drop me a note. While you're driving into town, stop by RE/MAX and say hello!
