Hillside House

OK, it's been a while since I shared an out-of-the-ordinary dwelling with you so this one's a stone-cold winner.

What unique property with igneous and sedimentary infused walls and a view that is simply metamorphic!

Naturally nestled in a delightfully steep hillside, the rooftop offers unparallelled sledding, skiing and snow-tubing thrills in the wintertime while really not doing much at all to squelch the brutal heat of the direct sunlight in the summer.

Parking may be a problem, too, but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

You could count it as a tri-plex, although it's been rumoured that there's an immaculate finished basement where Elvis currently resides.

Does it have a first floor master suite?  That is important for the boomer generation!

Hey Mark, if it only had a pool it would be perfect.  Interesting word "Metromorphic"

It's great!  And it does have a garage!  I think in the summer time you could try hanggliding off the roof!
