Blogging can be a great connector.
We all know we can connect with so many people through blogging. Many of us maintain two, three, even four blogs. Some people go beyond that and maintain even more. Then there's Twitter, Facebook, MyBlogLog, ActiveRain, forums, and odd little nooks of the internet that we find ourselves communicating in. The more you do, the more you're out there in the cyberworld...hopefully connecting, making meaningful relationships, and even generating business.
Vlogging is a connector and can be used in a million ways.
So far, I've used vlogging to speak one on one with people, announce the Build A Better Blog Group, speak directly to my readers about the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit, and even leave comments on other blogs. Today I thought of another use for vlogs and video in general. I'm not the first and certainly not the last, but I wanted to put this out there to get everyone thinking of new ways to use personal video of you speaking to your audience (in whatever way the conversation deems - one on one or one to many). Today, I recorded a simple thank you.
