I know, your probably thinking it must be sitting on the edge of the current Lava flow, but NO - this is actually in the center of Kailua Kona, about 1,500 feet from the beach you see below.

Yes it is a handyman special, and yes it is a Short Sale - but - 1,500 feet from that beach - under $200,000?

I have one, 5 houses away from there - for $249,000 - and I bet the bank would accept $225,000 - So what are you waiting for. Interest Rates to go up?

Hello Lance,

Wow, there are so many buying opportunities out there right now, it's amazing. IMHO this is a great time to buy that vacation/retirement home for the future. Buy now, rent out, retire later at today's pricing.

BTW, Kona is one of my favorites, been there many times. I'm a huge fan of the Ironman event.

ok..moving to Hawaii! Wow!

Lance, I'm waiting for my military husband to get stationed there. Then I'm on my way!
