Here's some juicy news to help you increase sales.
1. The new media player is finally live. For the few clients I've been saying "just a bit longer" - well, I finally get to start installing. If everything is working fine for you, just sit tight, and next month we'll get you switched over; any pending orders will be on the new system. First videos up: Expired Listings (realtors), Debt Settlement Video + Calculator, and Reverse Mortgage. Highlights of the new system: 100% server-side, so once you install, you never again need to edit your website (even to remove it!) - you just use our control panel. This panel will let you embed videos, your own mp3's, your own commercials, create web-forms (for lead capture, online applications), even e-signable documents. Change it any time and your site is instantly updated - allowing you to promote new products, test new campaign ideas, promote a new property listing...you name it. If you have any media - anything..i mean pictures, mp3's you've recorded, etc. - start uploading them in your control panel so you can easily embed them into your website(s). 2. Like the new Perfect Home Wizard logo in the top right? I started the "warm-handoff-videos" yesterday.. though it seems from research a lot of home buyers relate to realtors just like a sales guy on a car lot. Car dealers have learned not to ask "can I help you" because it triggers "just looking"; instead they ask "What brought you in today?" ... so I'll do some multi-variate testing. The SEO guy has me totally backed up with tasks to get this site cranking leads - so while we're not yet seeing the fruits of this tree yet, the trunk is just about grown and we're getting close. Like much of the net, this website is (will be) far, far more sophisticated than 99.9% of all agents - so it's perfect for independent brokers especially, who don't have million-dollar IT budgets. Look for this to be fully online in July including the IDX/RETS (listings of actual properties).
