Jefferson Woods is one of the larger condominium complexes in Branford CT. The complex consits of 285 one to three bedroom ranch and towhouse syle units located just off Route 1 (Branford Hill) and is in the Mary Murphy school district.
There are currently five two-bedrooms townhouses for sale under $200,000 with an average list price of $185,920 and an average of 158 days on the market.
Three towhouses and one ranch style condo are currently under contract with an average of 30 days on the market.
In the past six months there have been two sales in the complex. The first was REO ranch unit that sold for $90,000 and the second was a towhouse that sold for $168,000. The average days on the market was 138 days with an average sales price to list price ratio of 96%.
