Mirela, this looks like a very nice home. How much did it originally sell for??

Leolinda: Oh, heck, we don't want to talk about that! For my own sanity and everyone else's it's best that we forget 2005!!! It's a brutal market out there! A good rule of thumb on many properties to to just multiply by 2 to get a guesstimate of what it used to be, although that's not a good rule of thumb either, since the condo I just sold for $110,500 used to sell for $330,000!!!!

Leolinda: This home was just reduced to $400,000, but I forgot to change it in the brochure and can't figure out how to do it now. I just wanted to get first page on Google by the address with this promo, although it's already there with Zillow and Trullia.
