I have been trying to find a way to summarize online home sales and moving homes in an efficient way. Their is a formula for real estate agents who know how to do this right.
Then I found Linda Davis blog post Getting Your Home Sold NOW in Eastern CT and I think she hits the nail on the head:
- Get your home in outstanding condition. Check.
- Price your home at fair market value. Check.
- Showcase your home on the internet with plenty of good photos. Check.
Although she might be over simplifying she is on the right track.
