We recently had the pleasure of helping Sposato Builders with one of their most recent Main Line home renovations. This was an especially rewarding experience because the client chose not only to stage a few key rooms but also to finish the lower level of this home per our recommendation.

In this case, completing the basement meant staging less areas in the home, however this compromise meant the home was more competitive with other homes on the market.
