Simple question to many men about "what is your email address?" Responses vary from sudden terror and stammering on the other end to "I think it's something like.......".

Seems woman have the edge for handling the complex science of running a mouse, retreiving email, feeling at ease with a computer.  As a good well rounded real estate broker, do you have a good outlet for folks that are not cyber connected and don't want to be? Do you ask if they have no computer in their day to day life, does a friend, a relative? Or could they visit the local library? 

    

The videos on the property, area you produce for your local community need viewing but mailing them a cd with the videos is not going to do alot of good if they don't own, down want to own a computer and have not friends or local connection to one.

In fact, they may be down right frigthened by them, by the unknown. And then I have the other extreme where an older lady of 94 is way way more savvy than most and has been on line since the day the connection went up on AOL or DELL or GATEWAY computers started being produced.  Well produced brochures, paperwork and details without the on line maps, videos and imagery still need to be produced, direct mailed and handed out to the "not on line" yet real estate customer hungry for information but that rely on their mailbox out by the road to get it in a few days after your intial contact.
